Requirements
The training course is intended for operating personnel of machining centres. Training is based on the assumption that the operator is fully trained in metalworking technologies, has basic knowledge of the structure and function of NC machines including their control system and has practical experience in operating machine tools.
Objectives
The participants will be enabled to operate the machine/plant. This will comprise in detail:
- to perform the machining of the work piece on the machine both automatically and manually
- to start, control and interrupt, if necessary, the operating sequence via the machine control system
- to carry out own small modifications for optimising the working sequence and to incorporate them into the main program
- to detect machining errors on the work piece during production and to eliminate them
- to carry out maintenance and servicing
- to recognize danger of accidents and to avoid them
Scope
Training will be held for a period of 4 days. Upon request, the scope of training can be individually adapted.
