Modular Tool Magazine

In respect to magazines, the new NBH 630 does not leave any wishes unfulfilled. Depending on the application required, one can choose from the following magazine types:

• Disc (60 tool location)
• Disc (120 tool location)
• Original Hüller Hille rack-type magazine
  (up to 300 tool locations)

Disc tool magazine
Economical tool magazine for production, with maximum
60 and/or 120 tools.
Fast tool allocation via linear tool handling device with NC drive. Utilizing a double gripper arm, the handling device changes the tool into the fast tool changer during the machine operation.

The original Hüller Hille Cassette Magazine
for XXL-Tools
Offers space for up to six tool cassettes holding 50 tools each.

• Primary production time retooling of complete tool sets
• Tool loading station for the primary insertion and removal of individual tools, for example with worn tools.
• Elimination of tool taper contamination from residual coolant and chips via hanging of the tools.
• Position coded tools, electronically administrated
• High flexibility via special cassettes, 800 mm max. tool length and 600 mm tool diameter

A pull-out drawer is available as an option for the tool loading station. Thus allowing for the exchange of up to 4 tools during machine operation.
